  I was very pleased with my stay. The room looked newly renovated and was probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in!! Bed/pillows were super comfortable and the room nicely insulated as I was surprised how quiet it was despite having neighbors on both sides.   Quaint. Great location in the heart of historic Placerville. Attentive Staff. Clean. Lots of history. Hope, our desk person/manager, was terrific. She was very helpful, attentive and friendly. - Room was very cute, nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good compared to what offered by other hotels in the area we stayed at during our road trip.
