Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the
manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525
sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel,
the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our
questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui

on the 10th floor was oceanfront and we had 2 balconies. Best of all was
that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever
stay -
The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were
excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite
and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular
destination for us.

Everything! Recently we traveled a lot and had to stay in different
hotels. It is the best chain of hotels! The room is very clean! Linens
are crispy white! The hotel has laundry facilities. Breakfast was also
very good. The staff is amazing. Parking was free! -

Muy limpio, cercano a la playa, total equipamiento de la villa. -
Great location, walking distance to Coligny Beach & Coligny Plaza
(lots of restaurants & shops, plus Piggly Wiggly for groceries).
Full kitchen that is fully stocked means you can save some money by
cooking in, and full-size washer dryer, too! We loved it! -

Very well equipped villa's with all appliances to be expected in a condo. Including laundry room, which was very welcome on our long trip.
Large living room en 2 spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom.
Two bicycles were included in the rent.
Easy beach access via private path. -

The location was wonderful! It was secluded, but not out of the way. The hotel had a hot breakfast that was complimentary. The value was great and the rooms were clean. We would absolutely stay here again! -
room ws nice and clean howevr the elevator didn't work and for old folks taking the luggage up and down was not fun...

This was my first time to Hilton Head and it was a wonderful stay. The
staff was so helpful. When the room that I booked needed some work done
on it, they upgraded me to an Ocean View Room immediately. Also, the
breakfast option is very worthwhile. The location is perfect, right on

important item at home and let the staff know it was being overnight
shipped -
Great location - close to shops and restaurants. Pool, Tiki bar and
beach all a short walk . My sister was in a motorcyle accident, and
can't walk far and everything was very accessible. Room was clean
and beds were compfortable. Also your security person on duty Saturday
night was very helpful, went up and above her duty to deliver a print
out of my boarding passes (at midnight) that I was having a problem
printing. It was very helpful and kind of her to do.

The resort was located right on the water on the Calibogue Sound. We had
wonderful weather! We had a wonderful time kayaking with the dolphins.
The resort provides free kaysks for their guests. We also tried fishing
and crabbing from the resorts very nice dock. The three bedroom and
three bath unit was very spacious and clean. We were upgraded fro

bedroom to a three bedroom as the one bedrooms were all full. I am
looking forward to visiting again when all the construction is complete

We had a 3 bedroom and although the kitchen was very small, we loved the other space. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We think the resort would be wonderful in the spring also.
