Hotel was surprising clean. Staffs were. very friendly and helpful. My gf and I stayed in the king suite and it had everything we need including a kitchenette with pots and pan along with the utensils. The beach was a block away and the hotel provided free beach chairs and towels. The pool was a bit small but it was fine. Surrounded by lots of stores and seafood places. Would definitely book here again.

Loved that is was a great room for the price. It was quiet and clean and it had a nice pool. Also it was very close to everything. My room was a very nice size and was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and garage was covered. I was very close to the beach with no streets to cross. I loved the location of Coastal Palms. Although the front of the hotel faced a busy street, the rear (where our room was located) was perfect. We had a balcony, a view of the ocean and the beach was literally a couple of feet away from the hotel. I noticed an added feature; a beach house which Coastal rents, which is even closer to the beach.

Loved the set up of the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. The location of the resort was great as well. Very convenient to all ocean city and Delaware have to offer. Unfortunately I was unable to utilize all the resort had to offer because we spent most of our stay at a cheerleading competition at the convention center. Will definitely be back to enjoy the resort and the area again.

Stayed in the oceanfront hotel room and had a great view! The room was a decent size...2 queen beds and a pull out full size sofa. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view, refrigerator, microwave and small coffee pot.
