The front desk staff both morning and evening were very pleasant!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian the night manager got me
out of a pickle with junk food machine a couple of times. I think it was
a bit entertaining for him too. -
The staff were quite nice and friendly and gave us some great travel advice for next time. I wish that we could have stayed another night in a bit nicer room!

This was a very last minute booking and we got excellent value for our
money. Staff was helpful and friendly. We asked for a quiet room
location and got exactly that. The beds were clean and comfortable and
it was a very peaceful night even through the hotel is located next to a

appreciated and unexpected touch. -
Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the breakfast is excellent. It is
lovely to have access to the internet and the use of the printer. We
love that there is a free shuttle to the airport. Furthermore you we
were able to park our vehicle for no extra fee being we stayed at this
Guesthouse before we left for our vacation and when we returned. Very
excellent service and for that we are so very appreciative.

What a litte Gem! I think the Coachman Inn knows what they are doing ! Customer satisfaction is up there with the best 5 star hotels we usually stay at. The room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom towels are 5 star also. Most of all is how they cared for the extra needs my wife requires while traveling. The hotel was good value for the area and for the quality of hotel. You get a lot of comfort for the money. Location was good as well, very convenient as could walk to restaurants and to downtown.
