The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays.
Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night.
Citymax Sharjah is cheaper than Dubai branch. -

Spacious 1 bedroom suite. Helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned every day. Shops nearby and restaurants. Private car park. Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. The appartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. Staff was quick to respond to some issues.

Well, the reception lady asked me to comment since I have been staying there alot and so here i am. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very very nice, and if you are an early bird, you would love one of those sea view rooms. Got free wifi and the rooms are equiped with all the requirements for your stay. No worries about parking. Have a spacious reception. I dont think anyone can ever regret staying at this hotel.

We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. The buffet breakfast was good, and had a good variety, and the main items were different each day.
