Instalaciones amplias, playa muy buena - The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. It is without a dought a greate place to spend a vacation at. - We could check in even though we haved arrived before 10

When we arrived we were led to a resting area while the receptionist checked us in. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful -
I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a
stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out
of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service.
The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is
absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and
grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. I called from Canada to ask if they could save a copy of the Khallej Times because I wanted to see the business ad I had placed before my arrival. I was pleased when one of the emplyees showed up at my door only 5 minutes after my arrival with a copy. Impressive service for my 4 days. Great gym too. - Everything from when we arrived at the airport
