El trato de personal es excelente! La habitación familiar es enorme! Nos encanta este hotel, seguramente volveremos a este hotel en nuestra próxima visita a Dubai. -

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms
and lobby. I know letsbookhotel.com only says wired but it is w

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y decoradas lujosamente.
Su situación es muy buena delante de un Moll (centro comercial) que tiene dentro las famosas pistas de ski artificiales de Dubai. También es muy centrico y estartegicamente bien situado.

El personal muy amable. La piscina climatizada está en el techo del
hotel, después de un caluroso día se agradece un baño relajante con
vistas impresionantes a Dubai. Está a cinco minutos a pie del Mall of
Emirates, con metro, taxis y autobuses. El parking y wifi es
gratuito. El desayuno muy completo aunque para ser un cinco estrellas
le falta variedad

The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.

Nos ha gustado la habitación y el interior del hotel y los empleados del
mismo, son todos super amables, sobre todo una chica griega que hablaba
español. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del centro comercial Mall of
emirtates, por si quereis hacer compritas, tambien te ofrecen un
servicio de autobus gratuito por las mañanas que te lleva a la playa

al Dubai Mall, centro comercial donde se encuentra el Burj Khalifa. El
metro mas cercano se encuentra a unos 1200 M. -
La atención anterior a la llegada. Envié un par de mails haciendo una solicitud y me respondieron en seguida y me ayudaron en lo que necesité.

Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room. I recommend this hotel strongly and I will come again in future. -
