Oceanic hotel was a good place to stay for a weekend getaway to destress oneself from work with its serenity and tranquility and relaxing views.. They've got courteous and hospitable staffs too..

Despite of long travel and late an hour to check in (according to check in time) the room is still yet not ready. Still waited half an hour to get it ready.

I found the staff to be very nice and we did not wait to check in or out, everything went smoothly. The pool is big and the beach is nice and quiet as well. We were there during the week and it felt as if we had the place to ourselves! The rooms were big and the value for the price was great. The location is beautiful, great for a peaceful get away

Getting to the hotel was a little tricky and the person who answered my call was not so helpful. The food is bad and there are no adequate restaurants in the area. The hotel is old and in need of remodeling. The music that is played throughout the hotel is repetative and should be changed. It is good for you if you are on a budget but if you have money to spare you might look into going to an alt.

Staff was nice; the duty manager was very helpful.

Too boring as no guests more than my family and few others.Receptionstaff while checking in was not professional as while waiting for someone attending me he was on the phone negotiating for his vehicle repairand I have to hear all that before he could called another staff toattend me.

they dont give the customers what they want, like me when i made the reservation i asked them to make the room on the sea view and when i be their i found my room road view

We could have liked a lot but the hotel is not properly maintained. The views on the sea from the breakfast room and the cafe would be so much nicer if the windows were cleaned up.

We asked for one smoking room and one non-smoking room. It turned out that all the rooms are smoking. Also, the room was dirty when we walked in (spilled nuts on the floor, empty bottles left on the table, plastic bags on the floor). It was subsequently cleaned but the first impresson was not a good one. Plus no apologies from the hotel.

the beach was very nice

there is no services for cleaning the room. In addition, the sea was dirty so we could not swim. their was no varity on the breakfast.

The swimming pool, the location as it is the only Hotel available in the city.

I was first given a room with non working A/C. By 10pm they asked me to move to another room as maintenance could not fix the problem. The second room was extremely bad and stinky, smell sewage, very dirty toilet. I discovered next day that this room was closed for major maintenance and carpet replacement. I will never go there again.

The location of the beach and there were enough beach loungers and the bellboy who was very friendly and kind

The checking in was terrible, we were informed that we could check in at 12noon, we had arrived at 4pm and counldn't check into room till 6pm because they didnt have a "clean" room available. I then phoned down and wanted to book for the buffet dinner, was told that bookings were not taken and one just came and had dinner, we went down at 8pm and they were full we had to wait for a table.

we need moor clarified information about the hotels

swimming pool was small and very dirty . hotel guests are allowed to them for swimming with the normal clothes . the hotel rooms was very dirty and moldiness and rust smell in the rooms , i think it was from the carpet. I was compelled to stay one night for just sleeping .and morning we change to another hotel

The towels were ok

The staff were rude, all the rooms were smoking rooms and you couldnt open a window to let fresh air in, the beach was dirty, the facilities were old and run down.

Absolutely nothing.It was a complete disappointment.

The lack of hygiene.The room was dark and grim.The rooftop restaurant was closed.The barbecue was dreadfully distasteful.Breakfast was appaling......no fresh orange juice,a waitress that did not understand English.Not an experience to be repeated.Children running and screaming in the corridor very late into the night.Rang reception and nothing was done.The noise continued.
