  This is a very splendid hotel indeed, comfortable, elegant and stylish. My classic double room was magnificent in every respect. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, courteous, obliging and helpful. Guest Relation Officer Jean Laolao deserves a special mention.   sports facilities were pretty good (especially the small golf course), staff was helpful, wide range of restaurants - Only miss reta the duty manager she was profitional but the receptionwas sooooo pooor bad and they are the wors hotel I stay in .
