  Location - easily off the motorway and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful. A previous user of our room had been smoking and the room still smelt very much of smoke. The staff were very apologetic and gave us free breakfast as compensation as the hotel was fully booked. I forgot the name of the receptionist that helped us for and early check in and make sure that the room is next to each other. I think her name is Linda or Lisa. but thumbs up to her she made us feel at home :)

  Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.
