  It was the most friendly Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed at .We had 5 days there and Boo and Matt were always on hand to make our stay a pleasure nothing was to much trouble . We enjoyed the fact that the Host sat with us at breakfast , we enjoyed some very pleasant conversations setting us up to enjoy the rest of the day - A wonderful B&am... lo que la gente dice » p;B. Comfortable,clean and very friendly. Boo and Matt made us really welcome and their breakfasts are fantastic and very sociable occasions. They have a real gift for hospitality.   From the minute we arrived we had the most wonderful stay , only wish we had stayed longer, we had booked last minute and only needed 1 night Sue greeted us and showed us to our room , the room was of very high standard, compared to the previous night stay at the Travelodge we thought we where in heaven, the bathroom was amazing ,we also had a qui... lo que la gente dice » te fridge which had jam and clotted cream to go with the homemade scones set out to greet us !!!!- The bath robes where so thick and warm ( which was - This is a 5 star plus B&B from the moment we arrived we were made to feel completely comfortable. Sue and Derek are absolutely fantastic their hospitality was second to none. The facilities were excellent, very clean and very well maintained. The breakfasts were varied and substantial if there was anything else you wanted Sue would only be too happy to oblige. On returning from a long day we were greeted everyday with home made cakes which were absolutely delicious. The location is great be
