  The spa and the location, the rooms and the hotel staff were really helpful - It was clean and comfortable, friendly staff and a lovely pool. It was set in beautiful surroundings and allowed us ample opportunity to visit family in Rochdale and take trips to Manchester!

Very friendly and accommodating. The staff at the John Milne next door were also amazingly friendly - especially the breakfast staff who made my stay. When the general manager greeted me at breakfast calling me smiler i knew they were good a happy bunch.
