Delightful surroundings, a charming building that has been sympathetically and recently restored to a very high standard. The Staff provided an outstanding service, ably supported by an excellent chef. The evening meal was excellent; terrific flavours and superb value for money, as was the breakfast. And if you like a good ale there are plenty to choose from. Very highly recommended.

We had a very friendly welcome. We arrived about 7pm expecting to be able to order a meal, unfortunately they stop serving at 6pm on Sundays (9pm other nights). Seeing how diappointed we were the young woman went to ask the landlord if he could reccomend somewhere or provide a sandwich. Richard very kindly made us fish and chips, which were excellent and so very welcome after a full day on the road.

Staff, Cathy, cook and evening barman very friendly and helpful. All facilities were immaculately clean and shower/bath/hairdryer/kettle were all in perfect working order. Beds were very comfortable. Food was tasty and of high standard and all were reasonably priced. Would recommend a stay at the fleece and would definitely return should I revisit Haworth.

Only stayed for one night at the Edgerton Guest House in Huddersfield and was very impressed! Spotless rooms and very beautyfully done, very comfortable bed, very nice building and again room spacious! Staff very helpfull and friendly and welcoming! Ikhlaq does a wonderful job... Absolutely lovely. The room was tasteful, clean with thoughtful extras. The Wilsons were friendly and welcoming, but not over bearing. There was an lovely space to have a coffee and cake and play games if you wanted to. (Weather was good on my visit, but a godsend if it gets too rainy and windy)
Breakfast was beautifully cooked, and I had a handmade cupcake on my departure.

Staff were extremely accommodating and very friendly. I'm staying for several weeks on a business contract and they always have a smile and a 'hello' when I'm passing through reception. Clean, compact room with decent self catering facilities, close to centre of Leeds. Relatively speaking is good value for money. -
Staff at reception especially the dark haired girl who was very friendly and pointed out a lovely restaurant nearby.
Loved the room and all the facilities and also the location. Easy parking nearby.
Internet on the tv is an excellent idea

I took my friend to Rosebud cottage for a birthday treat. We had a
wonderfully relaxing few days away. Caroline and Adrian are perfect
hosts, ensuring our comfort at all times, even providing
'birthday treats' on our return after a day exploring the
local sights. They are friendly and welcoming, without being
intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. We will both return in the

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were very warm. I have no complains however I would like to suggest that the place could do with more housekeeping staff (having been a chamber maid myself at one time) otherwise its good value for money. -
