  the staff were very friendly and imformative,very clean hotel,i will be back to stay again in the future - The friendliness of staff,the willingness of staff to assist with things like ordering taxis to arranging an ironing board.

  Bright and spacious room. Bed extremely comfortable. Lovely friendly staff. Great location for access to train and bus stations and for city centre - The adapted/disabled room was well suited to our needs. Newly opened Hotel so everything was pristine. Very comfortable Bed.

  All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. The bar/lounge area was very nicely laid out and there were board games you could play in a group.Staff were very polite,helpful & friendly. Reception staff always willing to help. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.
