Excellent location close to where we needed to be (Kelham); friendly staff; generously sized room and huge en-suite bathroom; *superb* Indian restaurant attached (seriously, award-winning quality); plenty of parking, including right outside room. -

I checked in early evening and was greeted well by the Managers, then taken straight to my room. They made a real effort to accommodate me and always with a smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. My Executive room was very clean, tidy and quite large for what I had expected. I had evening Dinner at the restaurant which was very good val

The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome - even though they were very busy with the restaurant and bar area.The evening meal we had on the Friday evening was excellent. We will be booking the Millgate House Hotel again for our visit to Newark next year for the Vintage Tractor Show.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and attentive. The bedrooms were clean and well kept. There was a good selection of hot and cold items offtered for breakfast and it was nice to have a varied selection of preserves and lovely fresh bread as well as toast. The Grange Hotel was a small l B&B type hotel. Very clean. Nice toiletries and towels. Breakfast was wonderful. Cold cereals and fruit while you wait for your hot breakfast. Delicious! Did not get to visit bar while it was open but it looked very warm and cozy. The gardens were beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer,

Staff could not do enough for you, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic! We enjoyed the 'all you can eat' English breakfast, as well as the additional range of continental style items. Location was fantastic as we were attending a wedding at Kelham House which was just a short taxi ride away. -
