I highly recommend this B&B. - The room was just as we hoped, private, set out to a very high standard, the food in the pub was to die for, the owners and staff could not do enough for you. There are some small pigs on the land that are not for food and the owner will let you pet them we had a really relaxing time walking in the village and just having time out from the every day life.

  We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary. This bed and breakfast is set in a quite village. We stayed in the seperate building called church view. The facilities were very clean and had everything you need. The shower was very powerful and the towels were very big and soft. The breakfast was to die for with lots and lots of choice, we o... lo que la gente dice » pted for the full english and didnt eat again until 6pm that night as we were still full! The only niggle we had was that the bed was too soft for us - As someone who spends 3 to 4 nights every week in hotels I don't think it gets any better than Crosshill House. A welcoming and helpful hostess. Comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and well equpped rooms. A beautifully renovated house and gardens with easy parking in a stunning location. A mouth watering breakfast with everything you could wish for. Brilliant!!! I will be back!

  The owner, Samantha, is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights and every morning she prepared a superb breakfast with local products. Room was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable. We had a totally relaxed stay in Laxton. Samantha, the owner, had just the right approach re giving guests space, while being available if needed. Fantastic decor, cleanliness and comfort. Best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, with lovely touches like hand-squeezed fresh orange - go for it!
