The staff were really helpful and polite, cheerful and gave attention to the children making them feel welcome and special.
It was clean and airy, room was a good size, air conditioning and heating excellent.

The hotel was clean, cozy, romantic, the staff was courteous, polite. The food was delicious short was really a good experience to stay at the hotel to rest after a busy day. Brand new washer and dryer. Neighbourhood was solid working class, not scary to walk in at night. Little kitchenette in room worked well (full kitchen with oven was in common area and was very good).

Very nice and helpful staff (I asked quite a lot of times for help/advice, they have always given a solution). Clean and tidy rooms (I think they are also the 'spacious' type in London). Very friendly and helpful staff. We had our 9 month old with us and they
upgraded us to a bigger, less noisy room for no extra charge. Very clean
and comfortable with a nice breakfast. Great location for us as we have
family in Balham. Only a 10 minute walk to Balham tube station. Would
definitely go back.

we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded
like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this
up. -
I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle.
I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much.
The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again.
