The reception staff were local people and were very helpful and courteous. the breakfast was also very good and was included in the room price. - cleanliness! it was my first time in a holiday inn and i will definately be using them again, staff were very friendly and helpfull

We would recomend the hotel perhaps most for the food they serve it was an exellent service & has to be rated 10/10, The breakfast is exellent & included in the price. The meals served on the menu are well worth a try. The hotel is situated just off the A1 & easy reach to most of Newcasastle. The hotel has been really nicely renovated

The location was perfect for our needs. A bus stop outside took us anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself was very good and I do not agree with the some of the reviews I have read. You must make sure ON ARRIVAL that reception staff know how much you have agreed to pay through letsbookhotel.com. Our bill would have been based on standard rates until corrected

I was given a free up grade as it was my wedding night. The room I wasgiven was fantastic. My new wife and I were more than pleased with theway we were treat. Thank you. - Excellent rooms which match a four star grade hotel. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Close to Metro Centre. Friends were upgraded to executive room.

From the moment I walked through the door I like it. I was greeted with a smile and dealt with right away. My room (lilac room) was excellent, lovely views, comfy bed.....very relaxing. The room was very pleasant and had a large bay window over looking the hotel grounds. The bed was very comfortable, a good nights sleep. The staff very friendly and attentive. Good choice at breakfast. Unfortunatley did not have evening meal as other arrangements, however resturant was busy.

The food was good & value for money, the room was excellent with the shower taking top billing from both of us. All the staff were attentive to your needs & requests, nothing was to much trouble for them. Overall it was a vey good week end, I will have no problem recommending the Bowes Incline to my friends -

This was the best Permier Inn we have stayed at. All the staff were veryhelpful, attentive and full of local information to make our stay veryenjoyable. Also it was different in not being attached to a pub, havingit's own restaurant/bar giving much more of a "hotel" feel. The ensuiteshower was large enough to hold a aparty in ( if you wanted to!) -

On arrival the man on reception was extreamly welcoming and thought the weekend all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely warm cosy feel which the extended into the room. The bed was extremely comfy with extra pillows stored in the room if needed. There were also extra towels and plenty of tea and coffee also supplied in the

the staff on the reception desk on both occasions (unfortunately I cant remember their names) couldn't be more helpful. they were friendly and very professional and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. the staff in the pub/restaurant were also very nice, welcoming and helpful. -
