Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very
clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The
4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different
and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

Everything, for the price it was one of the best hotels ive stayed in, staff were lovely and extreamely helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Everything.i always stay at this hotel.always a welcome here.and I have been visiting Cardiff for years for the Wales rugby tournaments.within easy walking distance to the city centre.and easy reach to the millennium stadium.would deffinately recommend from the vast experiences I have had from the numerous stays I have had here.
