  The staff were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. the room was large and wonderfully warm during a freezing cold snap. It was very quiet when I was staying and the bed was very comfortable.   I loved the suite we were in and the staff were really friendly and nice. The hotel was full of character and a lovely base for our short break. - Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Rooms and facilities great. Beds unusually comfortable for a hotel.
