Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - the two ladies on reception were brilliant; breakfast buffet was excellent and massive; the free summer evening buffet was a welcome surprise! Great location for the train and bus station. -

The Hotel offers a free evening buffet. The Hotel was clean and the stuff very friendly. The location in the center makes additional driving not nessesary. -

We loved Guesthouse Eleven and our hosts were very forthcoming and friendly. Everything was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The shower is huge and clean. The breakfast tasty. The furniture looks that new. We coudn't belief, that it is there for almost four years. Also the canoes and the bikes, you can rent, are in great shape. The hotel is not far from arvika and still it is very relaxing. The fireplace is nice. Also the food is good.

I will definately recommend Villa to my friends. Newly-opened with very nice and comfortable decorations. You can easyliy get the beautiful holiday here.
