... lo que la gente dice » estaurants. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really
tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about
it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they
all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry -

relaxing for the weekend with a lovely pool, tennis court, excellent
dinner restaurant and beachside lunch setting, snorkelling in the sea.

es muy recomendable para una estancia tranquila en Mallorca - La tranquilidad, el edificio y su decoración, el desayuno en el porche cerrado del jardín y el restaurante donde cenamos muy bien y a muy buen precio. Tambien nos encantó poder dejar el hotel a las 6 de la tarde sin ningún sobrecoste.

The hotel is very nice and perfectly located in the park/forest. Food was extremely good both for breakfast and dinner; we had just breakfast paid but stayed for dinner a couple of times and did not regret. Beach itself is overcrowded but sea swimming area is spacious and water is clean. So if you like you can stay near the swimming pool and walk

Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! -
