Location was awesome!

They could repair contacts, some of them didn't work properly. Destroyed tv-cable wasn't problem for us, but someone could be disappointed ;) We were in a shared apartment and last night had some unexpected visitors - obviously someone has keys to the apartment - in the reception they didn't know anything about those people.

The appartment is situated almost at the town main square, so the location is great. Despite its location, the apartment was quiet enough. It´s situated on the top floor of a building that probably belongs to Jagellonian university so it feels and looks like a college dorms a bit.

Location was excellent - literally a stones throw from the main square Staff were extremely helpful - the lady on reception walked us to our room as it was across the square and provided information on transport/tours etc Within close proximity to a range of good restaurants/bars for the evening

Beds were not the most comfortable and the apartment had a slight smell of drains I would describe decor as functional tv did not work - not a major issue The apartment we stayed in (Wislna Street) was up a few stairs - fine for me but a challenge for my mother who has asthma

the young student on duty ,was very polite and extremely helpful. the appartment, was situated,right nxt to the square.

the appartment could do with a bit of an electrical update.

It was in the city center. The girl in charge was very nice. We also saw that there was a lot of security. To enter to our flat we had to open three locked doors.it was clean.

There were no lifts and apart from that we booked a double room with private bath and we're given 2 single bed on one side and no bathroom. As a compensation we were given 20 pl. But the worst thing was that we had to share a bathroom where the shower room was so compact that we could not have a proper place to put our things. Also we were given two hand towels to dry ourselves. They were so small.

no heating wasn't cleaned in months dust all over the place wash basin shattered.
