Perfect for passing through Trondheim on the train as the hotel was almost next door to the train station. Even being that close to the train station, it was still quite and quite comfortable, but spartan in room furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious, and we got breakfast in a box sent to our room. Perfect for late sleepers who never make it in time for 10 o´clock ;)
We reserved a room with a n extra bed, but something had gone wrong so they couldnt find the extra bed. We got an extra room for free in stead, which was great:)

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was charming - quiet, with beautiful views of the water and old Trondheim buildings. The bed was excellent. Indoor climate comfortable - Very good staff, kindly to help customers. I could use the extra foodservice in the evening during two days. Good breakfast, clean.Renovation and new expandation was in progress, will look nice once it isfinished beginning next year ! Staff does a good job !

The staff. I was having a problem with my mobile phone and the lady at reception (I wish I knew her name) was sensational. She went to a lot of effort and trouble to help me, and she was amazingly friendly as she did it. Excellent service! -

it is the center. airport bus arriving directly in front of hotel. it is a chain, so when you know the password for this hotel, you know for all of norway's thon hotel. :)

This is a great hotel, with all the vital amenities, take away all the stuff that you'd rather not pay for. For the low cost price, I was surprised by how great the interior design and quality of the room was. Fantastic! Be aware they do not serve breakfast, which is why the price is so cheap, but I see that as a plus.
