  Fairly small hotel in countryside close to Stavanger, coast and fjords/mountains. Some excellent countryside a few kilometres east of the hotel, with lakes and hills. Pulpit Rock about an hour away. Good room and breakfast. Weekday summer buffet was good (NOK 295). Free parking.   The room was very small but that was expected. It was fine for solo traveler - not sure if it would have worked for two with bags and all. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. There is a bus (2) which is about three blocks away that goes to Stavanger centrum in about 20 min. The Kvadrat shopping center is a 5 min. - At one third of the going rate for hotels in this town it is not surprising that it is booked up well in advance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and I hope they build a few more there.
