Very helpful staff, although next to the airport, you can walk or run in the Woods within a few hundred meters to get some fresh air after a day of working

Bus transfer to the hotel is about 18 euro for a return, for two trips of 5 minutes. The hotel is very much 'design' and has a cold feel to it, not very cosy.

Nice location near airport and good price makes it very usable for a night between flights. Personnel was fast and neat, no problems at all with accomodation. Clean rooms and sufficient breakfast.

Loved this airport hotel! Hard to wax poetic about an airport hotel, but this one suited our needs to a T. Friendly, clean, excellent buffet breakfast included, even gave us free overnight parking (often they charge). Incredibly quiet--slept with windows open at an airport hotel!!! Planes must take another flight route. Beautiful view over rolling farmland. Best night's sleep of our stay--which included much fancier hotels.

Since this is close to airport , mainly people who want to catch flight prefer to stay here . However many times the flights are early morning and since the breakfast starts only at 6.30 am , many missed the full breakfast . Ofcourse good thing is you can have some breakfast from very early .

Shuttle from the airport does not run very often (3 times an hour), and costs 70 nok. The hotel gym has a transparent wall to a corridor, not very comfortable to work out when everyone who is passing is looking through.

The shuttle bus is very expensive (around 10 euros), so, someone who stays at that hotel should think that for 2 people, he/she needs to spend 40 euros to go to and return from the hotel. (This of course is the case for all other hotels that require a shuttle bus service).

Massively understaffed: over 90 mins for quick supper, nonexistent bar staff, breakfast laid out very very late, huge queue at checkout. To cap it all shuttle bus left early and they are at 20 min intervsls.

We booked a family room, but was allocated a double room instead, which is too small to put four beds in. Finally we had to move to a real family room and we were told that they had upgraded our booking to family room free of charge! Absurd. Even worse, the lock of the room was not working properly. Some metal stuff kepted dropping.

Cost to get to the hotel from the airport and back is way too high for the short distance, 70 Kroner each way. Hotel has modern Scandinavia design which has a rather cold feel.

Shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is not included in the price, 70 NOK per trip (it's 2 kms away from the arrival hall only), crazy! Internet was not working (we got a room in the end of the corridor, Android and Apple devices could not connect to it). Thermostat not working properly: target temperature of 24C, but it was 19 or 20 all the time, receptionist could not fix that

Staff: they phoned in our room near midnight just only because they were not able to put on our credit card the evening dinner. Wait till the morning was such a big problem ?!?! Cleaning: they didn't clean our room. Service: near 10 euro for 2 minutes of bus from airport to hotel. This is expensive also for Norwegian standards!
