Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

The castle and location were simply fantastic in the middle of Chianti in the middle of Tuscany. The food offered in the hotel (5 course meal of excellent local cooking on offer each night) was great along with the wine (produced by the castle). The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent Italian countryside property very close to montepulciano. Very welcoming staff. Great pool. The room was spacious with many country home features. The bathroom was huge. Very clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice and homemade cakes. The onsite restaurant served excellent quality local specialities. -

Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Our room 414 was spacious enough for 3 nights with a balcony and a very modern bathroom.

It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!

This is truly a great place. Very nice and helpfull staff and nice rooms. I was lucky to have a room with a terrace and the view down the valley. The hotel is located right under the historic center, easy to acces the city, in about 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are all close. - Great Hotel with superb staff and very nice place.
