Good service and very helpful staff. Room good and clean. Bed comfortable. Fresh fruit everyday. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The rooms were luxurious and a good size for Hong Kong but not quite as big as the rooms in Kowloon.

I have no negative comments to make.

Flint restaurant was amazing! the food was excellent. Executive lounge is well worth the extra, breakfast, staff and views fantastic.

excellent location in the midst of bustling busy Hong Kong. Room with a view; facing the harbour and he boat traffic. Busy activities in the lobbt and common areas makes you not feel lonely even if you are alone.

Nothing really to be negative about. May say that rooms are small, but land is expencive in central HK and the use of space optimizes.

Everything. All the staff was extremely friendly and discreet with a very warm welcoming upon arrival and a welcome complimentary tea set service while I arrived in the room. The room was exquisite, with a view on the harbour, top-notch bathroom, a large TV, a comfy bed and well furnished mini-bar. I ordered some delicious room service. The hotel is above a famous Hong-Kong shopping mall

Direct access to Pacific Place & MTR, lychee martinis at Q88, excellent service

Reception denied that I had requested 2 queen beds. Blamed letsbookhotel.com. Had to share kingsize bed with daughter as only room with 2 beds was on smoking floor and "smelt". I could pay to install a camp bed instead! Disappointed with attitude.

The housekeeper didn't clean the toilet bowl properly. On the 3rd day of our stay, I could smelled urine.
