the staff is super friendly, enthousiast, extremely helpfull, the rooms are nicely furnished, high ceilings, suoer clean, nice breakfast,

just a little bit out of the center of Mytilini

Very grand, old, and reasonably tastefully designed hotel with very friendly and helpul staff. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast very well prepared but it would have been so good to have had eggs

Location on booking form was wrong. This made it very hard to find - and the real location was considerably further away from the centre than indicated. Staff were prone to saying 'You're welcome' too often, a tired and much overused phrase in the same vein as 'Have a nice day'. Parking was small and cramped. Shower was badly let down by having no holder on the wall, a very basic requirement

Map i̇s wrong at booki̇ng.com. They told us , two days ago changed the map, but I looked at yesterday wrong map i̇s sti̇ll on. Please change thi̇s map. Hotel don't close the port and center.
