Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Great variety of breads, meats, jams and jellies, yoghurt, eggs, and more. Staff was nice. Peddleboats for rent were fun to go onto the Beetzsee.

Buffet dinners (offered when they reach a certain number of guests), was average at best with overcooked vegetables and only average-flavored entrees. Not many walking trails nearby so one sits at the hotel or has to rent a bike or drive to the nearby city/sites.

Very clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Very willing to help with all our needs. The manager of the hotel (Henning) was the most hospitable person we had met, he truly made us feel very welcome.

My only complaint is the wifi system was really no good unless you were sitting in the lobby.

Great location by a lake.

On arrival, the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly. The mosquitos were a real pest so we couldn't sit outside in the garden for long. (Lake setting?) The restaurant closed quite early so we didn't get any supper and no snacks were available. Wifi non existent.
