Hotel La Residence staff was really just friendly and outgoing. The front desk staff was great in asking for info, resturants, places to go. I ordered flowers through the staff for my girlfriend and they were there at the front desk with in 30min! Great! Later to be delivered to my room at the right time! Frau Clever I think and the rest that work

The easy access to the trains and streetcars. The breakfast items were simple but fresh with a multitude of choices; additionally I did not need to locate and go to a cafe, this was most convenient. Free wi-fi was an added bonus! The staff was friendly and helpful; I truly appreciated their English abilities! -

Excellent staff who could not have done more in the short time we were there. Plenty of parking, and well situated. The room was excellent and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best in our entire stay in Europe. A real surprise and an excellent end to our holiday. -
