We were given a great welcome and were treated as house guests Nothing as too much trouble. We were stopping off after a long journey and before catching the ferry the following day. We asked for an evening meal on booking and enjoyed a simple freshly cooked meal with our host. The house interior is a design triumph and surprisingly comfortable.

The hospitality of Marc and Didier was amazing. So friendly and helpful. 'Our place is your place'. Well appointed, spacious room with cheerful colour scheme. The continental breakfast was fresh and comprehensive. We would certainly stay there again. Just 10 minutes from Fougeres and right in the countryside.

This is a beautiful place to stay surrounded by the most amazing gardens. One really does feel very wealthy in this chateau. The rooms are very large, like those of a palace and the views over the gardens are stunning. -
The setting was magnificent and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
