Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks.
Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. -

This hotel provided everything - underground parking, spacious apartment with kitchen, air-conditioning, large balcony and even a sea view and it is not far from the Casino area once you work out how the strets and public elevators are laid out.

Very good apartments. Clean and well desinged. Staff is very friendly. Location is about 5-7 minutes to center of Monaco: first turn left to the down stairs. Then take a public lift to the center. Don't be scared it's very easy and safe. Also if you go on the right and turn near the Olimpic hotel you will find a good mini market where you can buy all food (just 3-4 minutes walking). Internet was working very good.

Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to the Monte Carlo Casino, Hotel du Paris and shops; everything is in walking.
The room was fine and clean and we had a balcony overlooking the street.
If you're driving to the hotel, this can be a bit tricky, recommend a GPS and there isn't really any parking onsite, just street parking. -

The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the Old Port and Palais down through winding streets. The kitchenette is small but well supplied, the bathroom surprisingly spacious. Quiet, facing the garden. Jeremy, the manager is very nice and helpful. -

Tasteful decor, comfortable bed, good-sized bedroom. Excellent breakfast with lovely fresh fruit and a good selection of other items. We had a room at the side, looking out over the river which is probably better than a room facing the sea as it is quieter and there is always something to watch.

We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very well presented and all spoke very go

We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem.
We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a
smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on
the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for
restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to
train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab
ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can
retur

Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare.
