I loved the old house which has beautifully renovated as a B&B with wonderful decor and every comfort. The breakfast was excellent with fresh, home cooked jams and cakes and the location perfect for a trip to the chateaus of the Loire Valley. Marie, the host, could not have been more helpful with her suggestions about places to visit. I would highly recommend the B&B for a perfenct stay in the Loire Valley.

Les Fleurons is in an excellent location; it is a short, fairly level walk from the heart of the town and our train connected with a quick shuttle bus ride from the rail station. We loved the marvellous staff who were fun and very helpful. The hotel was attractive and stylishly decorated and the room was charming. There is a delightful garden area and the meals at the restaurant were exceptional as was obvious from the locals who also were dining there. We had such a good time and would love to go back.

Chateau de Nazelles was out of a fairy tale. The rooms were unique parts of the original 16th century castle. We stayed in the guest house suite, which was marvelous. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite, the kitchen, dining table, and separate "man cave" which in fact was a cave built into the limestone cliff. Wow!! The property is next to the river Loire and easy to find. On arrival we were met by the lovely friendly couple who own the Chambres dHotes working on their part of the caves. Spending the night in a cave that feel modern and has a swimming pool is great! The owner is very welcoming. You feel like you are staying at a friend's home. The yard is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. You can bring a picnic with you. We were able to use the refrigerator. There is a large TV and leather sofa in the common area. The rooms are cozy and well decorated. The shower is nice also. The breakfast was good. Convienient location for seeing Amboise and nearby chateaux.

I recently stayed in this lovely guest house for a few days and I really
enjoyed staying there. The staff and the owners are very friendly and
helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It
was so quiet and yet right in the middle of Amboise! Perfect location.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant below the rooms served very tasty
Italian food. I would definitely go back there!
