  Superb location with beautiful view over the river (the receptionist kindly 'upgraded' us as the hotel was virtually empty). The reception staff were very friendly - seemed really interested in us.   Very beautiful nature. First in Rantasipi chain hotels. Good SPA. Beautiful area and good location (about 15 min route on bus 25 and You are in city center) - somewhat glitzy design but well suited for conferences. Fabulous breakfast.

  The staff were friendly, they told us about local services etc and even allowed me to get a tray full of breakfast to bring to the room each morning as my little one wasn't up early enough for breakfast due to time difference.
