  Beds were very comfortable close to shopping and downtown front desk clerk brought us complimentary coffee when the coffee machine failed to function - As a lover of Ontario/Quebec north land it is always a treat to visit the area. With the fall colors (and no bugs) my short stay was very enjoyable.

  The hotel was clean, organized and up to date. Unlike one bad review it did not have bedbugs, it was not rundown and the facilities are not in need of renovations. We had a very nice microwave/sink/fridge area in our Queen suite with a flat screen TV and a nice window ledge cushioned reading nook. - Can't say enough about this place.   The host Jeff was friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was superb. The omelets I enjoyed were probably the best I have ever eaten, at home or in 40+ countries. The atmosphere of the Inn is warm and comfortable. Very clean, with modern fixtures. The decor charming. And the price was quite reasonable. There are three floors of nicely-sized guess rooms and private baths, an elevator, and a delightful host/owner. The best description of the physical facility is simplicity, not luxury, but we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

  First of all I would like to thank the staff for a very enjoyable stay. They were very polite and curteous at checkin and when we called to enquire about businesses in the city. They called each day to make sure we were doing ok and to ask if we needed anything. Our room was clean and and equiped with towels, faceclothes, soaps and shampoos. I read many re - I like to say that we stayed 3 nights and we were very pleased with the Hotel and it's staff.It was very clean and the manager was a very pleasant young man who spent time talking to us when we were in the lobby.We will be going back next year and plan on staying there again.Just want to say thanks.

  I loved the service and the quality of the place for economical resources that we, my daughter and I, had. The room itself was comfy, so we got a good night sleep to be ready for the next part of our trip to Elliot Lake. The bathroom was clean. The hotel is downtown, you don't need a car to get around town. Great breakfast. Excellent beds. Very budget friendly!
