Front desk staff very friendly. Best water slide slide ever. The pool and water slide are in a different building so you had to go outside to get to it.
Continental breakfast included a waffle maker that was really good. Th hey also had hard boiled eggs but th hey didn't want you to heat them up in microwave but I did for a few seconds. -

We stayed here for a 2nd night in Golden, at an insignificantly higher rate than the first hotel we stayed in, but this was much better. Nice pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff at reception desk. Clean room, free parking. If we travel through Golden again, we'll definitely stay in this hotel. -

there was concern when we got there about another tenants room which we overheard so we asked to see our room first. and when we opened the door- it was roomy and clean. for that price- it was perfect. 2 pools(small) fridge and microwave supplied. first rate for , again money paid. -

1) Doris! What a neat lady: owner, maid, information officer, story-teller and, best of all, gourmet COOK. Served us a delicious schnitzel with mushrooms, potatoes, veges. Plus dessert. With wine of course. On no notice!

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The cabins were perfect and very clean. Doris was exceptionally friendly and made us feel like family. The food was so delicious. Would definitely recommend Glenogle Mountain Lodge and Spa.

The owners Gerald and Abbie live in the hostel and take extra care to keep a high standard of comfort, care and extra service. I prefer them over anything more ritzy but where the owner is never on site so you are neglected or just a number.

One of the best low priced hotels I had the pleasure to stay at. The hotel was very quiet, but that's probably because it was off season. The room was clean, neat and made you feel right at home. Excellent views from the balcony on the fourth floor and underground parking. I would definitly stay there again. -

CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada.
