Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

Edmonton. It is only a short walk to all sorts of shops and

There is superstore and McDonald 24hrs across the street.
There is bus station in front of Tommy Romans just few meters away from the hotel. You can take bus 6 or 80 to reach southgate centre and metro station to take you to the downtown.

Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. walking distance to Rexall Place for a concert. Being able to leave vehicle parked there for free, while we walked over for the concert. Restaurant on site, good meal, quick and good value. Friendly and helpful staff. quiet at night to sleep. Comfy bed and pillows!

Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. -

Booked online and got a wonderfully low rate. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.
