  Set on a beautiful waterfront property. There is only 1 spacious room for rent, so we did not have to share the facilities, such as the dock, with other visitors. We had the option of using a canoe, kayak and/or paddleboat. Our hosts set up the BBQ for our use and were able to answer our questions about the surrounding area. The breakfasts were ni... lo que la gente dice » ce and plentiful and we also had a fridge to store our own food. We had a lovely stay. - The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Everything you needed for your comfort and relaxation was provided. The suite was very private and both it and the eating area was clean and well equipped. Breakfasts were excellent in both variety and presentation. The setting was lovely and the lake view with the sunsets was beautiful. Even a screened gazebo was provided to sit outside and read or just relax with a drink.

  The room was very clean; the beds very comfortable; the bed linens were very good. Over all room was a bit dated but comfortable. No bkt. available but owner did graciously offer coffee in AM - location cleanliness friendliness of staff/owners

  This is a 12 room family run hotel on large forested property right on 12 mile Lake. It has its own boat dock. It is Adults Only. 10 of the 12 rooms have beautiful lake views. Breakfast is included and Dinner is available by arrangement. All food is cooked locally and is excellent. Rooms have refrigerator and coffee making facilities. Other larger tows withi - Conny and Arend, the owners/operators are absolutely the nicest people! They made us feel welcome and were very attentive to all their guests without being intrusive in any way. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were delicious, generous portions, and enjoyed while watching the birds and squirrel just beyond the deck.

  The staff is very friendly and accommodating, including the chef, who custom cooked a couple of times for us. The owner even hangs out with the guests in the evening when he can, and he was our waiter the first night we were there (it's always nice to know that an owner is willing to do the same work as the staff).
