The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

Loved the visit to Plovdiv. Very nice old city. Hotel was in a good location. Staff were very friendly and were able to help me organise my onward journey to Istanbul. This is an excellent and very solid hotel that is clearly underrated by
your reviewers. Perhaps if they were paying the full rack rate for the
rooms they might feel they were getting poor value for money. My room
was excellent - but not perfect - and offered great views over to the
Roman amphitheatre in the distance. Recommended.
