Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. Amazing views of Copacabana beach and Christ the Redeemer statue on
Corcovado mtn. From 33rd floor corner room. (Request a high floor for
best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom!
Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean,
quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is
excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.

Es un muy lindo hotel, no es de lujo pero tiene un muy buen servicio,
habitaciones limpias , confortables y bastante modernas, con caja de
seguridad incluida, esta a 1 1/2 cuadra de metro y lineas de micros
y toooodo lo puedes alcanzar con ello, copacabana, morro Pao de Azucar,
etc... un buen precio en comparacion con hoiteles de las mismas

Su ubicación para trasladarse a las zonas turísticas es excelente. Queda
cerca de Lapa, como unas 3 cuadras... Tiene super cerca la estación de

desayunos excelentes, la vista desde la terraza es genial! Muy buena
opcion en cuanto relacion precio/valor! Lo recomiendo

Perfect for a two-three day getaway and would work well if the beach is not an option (winter) or just to mix it up before/after a few days at the beach. The area itself is interesting and from what I gather has some cool drinking holes and restaurants. One could start and finish a book in peace here, yet 'feel Brazilian', and not feel they need to join the flock of tourists seeing the usuals in Rio. I enjoyed spending time at the bar, restaurant and spa - perfect for a day of indulgence!

The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service.
The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri
and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants
and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. -
