Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. Exceptional hotel in Perth. We stayed here on a Saturday night and booked the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. First impression when you enter the room is WOW!!! It was fantastic, The room was amazing and the view was great too, they took my request of putting me onto a highfloor and i got the top floor wich was Perfect.The staff were friendly and were like ghosts they stayed out of your way but were there when you needed them, but they didnt go above and beyond i suppose. the layout was great of all floors and it really was a great hotel and ill definatley stay there again for special occasions, its definatley not a hotel to go to for no reason.

Almost all the staff were very helpful and friendly. They kept us a carpark just incase we needed it even though we didn't ask them to. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The pool was lovely and warm even on a cold winters day and the location was beautiful with access to great restaurants. We

I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.

You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated. Your staff were courteous and friendly at all times.
