The hotel make over compliments the surroundings - I have stayed there on & Off over the last 5 years - I have stayed at Goodearth a few times, I like the close proximity to the city-walking distance also buses outside if needed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall

  Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Clean and comfortable room. Good facilities - the children used both the pool and tennis court. And a nice surprise when we found the use of the balls/racquets were free. Lovely grounds - clean, tidy and attractive. We didn't get to use the restaurant but the menu looked good. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. The shower in our room was amazing. - I enjoyed the location beside the Swan River with quick access to wonderful restaurants. The pool was excellent and the availabilty of bikes to hire made the city and its environs within a healthy reach. The Yellow bus service to the city almost outside the door, quick access to automatic tellers, a local IGA and bottle shop near by added positively to the Sebel's great location.
