Manager was very helpful, room was spacious, quiet location if you stay at the rear wing, close to all the food joints. Very good Value for money, You get all the Kids channel + Sports and Movies on Foxtel thats a big + will keep your kids busy. Overall our stay was very comfortable.

Location was great, only minutes from the city centre and plenty of cafes and restaurants around for breakfast and dinner. Room was a 2 bedroom apartment which was great because I was travelling with a business partner, and cost effective at the same time.
The heater in our room did not work so a couple of the nights were a bit cold, Damage to the door in the main bathroom which had not been repaired. Needed an extra couch in the living area, bit too cosy for my likings.

Free parking, close to hospitals and city. Staff very helpful and accommodating.
The location is great and although in (red light) Fortitude Valley it was quiet and with excellent security. The two bedroom suite was fabulous. The desk help great and luggage storage appreciated as was late (12 noon) checkout.
It could do with more detail to cleaning.

No staff around at all on Sunday and because I checked in after 4pm Saturday I didn't get to speak to anyone face to face.
My room was on the street side - with the blinds down it was still like daylight inside because of the lighting outside so with uncomfortable bed I got little sleep - if I stayed again I would need to stay in apartment on opposite side away from lights

Cleanliness was less than desirable...no attention to detail. As an owner operator of a cleaning business, I suggest management either offer cleaner professional development or replace. It was the only letdown of our stay.
Ease of access to trains and cafes and convenience shops. Biggest bonus for us was free car park as these non existent in city. Also rate drops the more days you book.
Our room was on Brunswick 100 mtrs from the main fire station and we could not open the windows because of the noise. Room was tired and a/c in lounge so noisy we had to turn it off and use the second bedroom a/c which leaked like a seive over the carpet. Need to do an inventory of glasses etc: as many short.Happy to stay again but not in a front room.

Location, price and self contained.
In need of an upgrade - bathroom shower head and screen need replacing. There is no sound proofing for the main bedroom and the curtains keep next to no light out... Made it very hard to sleep. Bed was two king singles pushed together and the join was very obvious. I wouldn't rate as a 4-star... Maybe a 3.

Didn't like the old roast chicken left in the microwave from the previous guests. It stank out the whole room. Offered nothing for our inconvenience. Didn't like the broken cupboard door in the kitchen.
Comfortable furnishings and bedding
Upon entry there was a full astray of cigarette butts outside on the table and the ground was full of ash. There was no tea/coffee, sugar or milk. We had to pay for parking as no one explained how to use the remote.

It was roomy Concierge / reception man was very polite both on the phone and in person.
The room was run down, scuff marks on floor and walls. The vertical blinds were broken. Large stain on carpet. Only tiny bit of toilet paper on roll. Room had a musty smell. Floor near door was spongey and lifting.spill marks in kitchen had not been wiped.
