  I liked location, price, cleanness, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, friendliness of staff. In addition, when making reservations (w my iPhone), my credit card was not charged. In fact, if I had decided to travel further West on that afternoon, I could have cancelled my reservation without any penalty. So far it's always been very clean. We use this as our passing thru halfway stop for a quick nights rest. At first glance you think oh no, but looks are deceiving, it's just an older style hotel. Gas prices are always cheaper at these exits also.

  This is an excellent place for business traveller to stay overnight. The staff is very helpful, even with extra requests like printing. The rooms are clean and look well, and it's a great place for a comfortable overnight stay. This is the way business-friendly and family-friendly hotel should be. The Southern Diner restaurant within the hotel was reasonably priced and very tasty - Mexican. A nice surprise. And the value - was appreciated - a clean room, a kind front desk manager who upgraded our room on a slow night and a fine breakfast selection in the morning to get us going. Thank you.

  The staff was so pleasant and check in was quick and easy. Our room was very nice, the bedding was especially comfy, the rates were very affordable. It was also pet friendly which is hard to find! Also convenient to a restaurant. Only a block away and the food was good. - We have never booked a Best Western before and we're quite reluctant but... what people say » called ahead after booking for reassurance. The staff was most encouraging and we were pleasantly surprised to find the cleanliness and facilities offered which was great value for the area.
