  The staff was excellent. Not just the front desk staff but the housekeepers as well as the manager who was willing to make a few special adjustments for my kids @ the pool. The kitchen was great especially being a mom ( kids eat and drink around the clock) so I was able to do a quick snack. I even booked for my next trip in June. Room was clean and mini kitchen clean with kitchen supplies. The check in lady printed us directions to Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key Beach without us asking. Very friendly and will make this our hotel in the future. It is in a good location if you want to go to both beaches and the Naval Base to go to the Museums. 100% Happy!!!

  I thought this hotel was nice and worth the money. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and it was nice. Staff was very nice and they were quick to help you with towels etc. I will be back and stay again whenever I come back to pensacola. this is a budget hotel not a high class one so stop the negativity and being so picky and downing this... what people say » hotel, its a very nice place. - Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. I ran a bit passed check-out but they didn't have a problem. Many restaurants close by.
