  I liked that when I mistakenly left a bag next to my car and drove off without it (in Asheville, NC,a staff member found it and immediately turned it over to the management. It had all of my medications, jewelry, expensive camera equipment - everything most important to me - in it. I was extremely grateful for the person's honesty and integrity... what people say » . I don't know who it was but the person deserves huge kudos. Hampton Inns are my favorite - once before (in Thomaston, ME)I left a precious ring. It - We stayed at the Hampton inn for our 24th wedding anniversary. We were greeted so kindly and was even given a gift certificate to a very nice restaurant as a gift for our anniversary. Even printed out menus so we could decide ahead if this would be a restaurant we would like to eat at. We were going to the Biltmore the Nxt day They gave us step by step directions to get there. We were very impressed we can't wait to go back and stay there again very soon.

  When we got there we were tired from having been at a conference for several days. We got a room next to the elevator and asked the staff for a room farther away. They immediately accommodated us with a room (ended up being a suite) at the end of a hallway.
