We just stop for one night. We park our car close to our room. Even we get room from highway side it was still quit. U can eat nearly. Ground floor is great for staying. U have coffe, hairdryer,etc at yr room. It is enough big, very clean. So what else do U need? The guy at reception was so nice an polite. I will stop there again. This is a motel and when we stayed it was very quiet with only a few people. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean with reasonable facilities. There is a small outdoor pool with chairs and loungers which was a peaceful place to relax and read.
all reviews » We were initially apprehensive because of the low rate but thought we'd give it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff was polite, the room clean and the bed comfortable. We have family in Valdosta and will stay here again. Very well-kept older motel. Quiet location even though right off interstate hwy. Fast food next door. Best value. Microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, desk and reading chair were great bonuses. I'll stay here again whenever in this area. It was very clean and comfortable. A very good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm sorry I didn't have enough time to use the pool. It looked sparkling clean and inviting. Thank you!. Was very clean , staff was great , cleaning staff even folds the edges of the tp, lol ! Was able to adjoining room for the kids so we all were together . Will stay there again if needed . The staff made our request happen! We had rooms overlooking the pool and fridges and microwaves in the rooms. The rooms were very clean and the maid staff was very courteous. I like the value for our money. The dog walk area was really nice with a large running area and picnic tables to sit down. The pet fee was only $10!. Price was phenomenal.. Mature couple traveling with married daughter and her husband. Was able to get 2 rooms for what we have paid for 1 before!. the receptionist was so friendly and accommodating There was tea/coffee in the room i was able to get a room with parking just out the front. I was surprised!! Usually selecting a cheaper hotel you have to sacrafice something. But erery thing from price to cleanliness was excelent. The room was very spacious and the staff very friendly. The store adjacent to the lobby was a great benefit. I enjoyed that it was really clean and quiet.I felt rather safe inspite of it being at a truck stop.. I can't think of anything really. it was a half way point to return to Florida from Georgia, and was quiet and exactly what we needed. Only bad thing would to be the sinks will overflow if not careful . The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were very small. Where the staff member we contacted prior to the trip was very courteous I found the front desk clerk upon check in and check out rather cold. Everything was fine. No elevator. Outside could have used some TLC. Room was adequate and clean. Towels were worn, but all in all it was ok for a lay-over stop on our way to FL. Check in clerk could have cared less. I had to call and ask about the WiFi code, as that info was not shared with us on checkin. I think we interrupted his nap or tv show. The bedspreads are old and needs up dated decor. We were happy with all the motel's facilities. I didn't like that it does not have microwaves nor refrigerators, traveling from out of town those things are essential... The second night I saw a couple roaches in my room, but when I called them and told them, they IMMEDIATELY changed my room and offered several options. staff was not rude but not friendly either. Reception workers did not offer much information or help. Coffe in the lobby wasn't ready until after 7. Not very friendly. Bathroom didn't have exhaust fan so mildew had grown on the ceiling above the shower. Noisy. The beds are a little firm for me. No breakfast, microwaves or refrigerators with room. The attached gas station/dairy queen. Awful service. TV remote didn't work at all and the TV didn't get very good reception and turned itself off several times. problem reaching location from i-75 south. A little noisy at 3:00 am. No breakfast included. Need better quality towels!. tv didnt work. shower curtain torn. had to put box spring back onto the framework. nothing. The window needed cleaning real bAd, otherwise room was very clean. Beds were very hard and pillows very small. The employee Robert was very very rude not friendly and threw my credit card back to me and said quote you book this online for this price wow u get what u paid for if it I was not so tried I would have gone some place to stay with his attitude customer service comes first I don't care how much a person paid for their room. no refrigerator in room. AC knob broken.
