Would like to recommend Tea/Coffee machine for guests to purchase after hours.Beds fairly comfortable although very creaky/noisy.Refrigerators not available in most of the rooms. the breakfast could be improved. Noisy rooms, you hear all the traffic on Lombard street. The hotel did not have parking which made the stay very difficult as there was 2 hour parking limit on the streets duringthe day, and daily street sweeping rules. This required using a pubic parking garage 3 blocks away at $32/ day. Also, I had a problem with the door to the room. It would not lock. It was noted at 7pm. they could not fix it till the next day. Had to sleep with a chair wedged .Furniture a little shabby. Carpets need either massive steam clean or replacing. Entrance had an odour.lack of coffe machine in the room and poor quality breakfast. Too noisy. you hear the traffic as if you were outside. the bed wasn't really comfortable, rather poor breakfast (muffins and coffee), no parking (closest parking is several blocks away, in street parking rather difficult). Noisy road and room's thin walls.No tea or coffee facilities. My room toward Lombard St. was extremely loud, even with windows closed, poor breakfast, no air condition.
