  From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast... what people say » was a great deal. Hotel ammenities offered such as pool, jacuzzi, free wi-fi, and gym facilities made this an awesome find for the price! Location was perfect for us.   When you take everything into consideration, this place is a good value for a budget motel. Michael, Raul and Michael were helpful and considerate - they even let me keep my bags in the office after I checked out, since my train wasn't scheduled until 4 pm. It's true the neighborhood it's in leaves a lot to be desired - I wouldn't want to be a lad... what people say » y walking around after dark, but no one bothered me. This isn't a romantic place, but if you're traveling in and out by car you have nothing to worry - Location - best, just minute away of Old Town Station, so you can go ANYWHERE! Shopping - Santee trolley, stop Fashion Valley; Old Town park & museums, restaurants, Excursion Trolley stop (Twiggs street) - in walking distance! Sea World - bus 9! Beach - bus 8! Food - bus 8 or 9, stop at Target or Ralphs, MC Donalds, Dennies, JackInTheBox, Wendys, IHop... Bus 30 - Great Plaza Buffet at Garnet street, healthy and yummy!   Rooms are really clean and nice and it gave me a very homely feel. The staff are very nice as well and there is an IHOP diner located just beside it which is not expensive at all. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests if they need to find a place to stay in San Diego. Location is near Sea world but of course it is not within walki... what people say » ng distance but just a 10 min drive will be enough. There are many different restaurants and walgreen around the motel vicinity as well - My friend & I both loved the convience of having a separate bedroom/ livingroom. The closeness to Mission Bay, & fast food restaurants. We both liked the fact there was a microwave & refrigerator. There were also grocery stores nearby.
